Building Surveyor in Liverpool

We’re growing our Building Surveying team in Liverpool and are looking for a Building Surveyor to join us. If you want the chance to work with prestigious clients, deliver a mix of project and professional work, and progress beyond Senior level, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing with us:

• Working across a broad range of instructions – dilapidations, condition surveys, defect analysis, feasibility reports, party wall, design/specifications and JCT contract admin.
• Leading projects and acting as the main point of contact for our clients.
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues as our team continues to expand.
• Helping us strengthen long-standing client relationships and build new ones.

What we’re looking for:

• MRICS Chartered (or close to achieving it).
• Experience across commercial, retail or education sectors.
• A confident communicator who enjoys working directly with clients.
• A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when needed.
