Residential Surveyor – Multiple Locations in Lancaster

The successful candidates will be RICS accredited professionals with strong surveying experience, looking to build their own patch within a fixed geographical postcode. The regions our client are recruiting for are: Brighton, Carlisle, South Wales, Crewe, Dudley, Liverpool, Lancaster, Northampton, Norfolk, Stevenage, Peterborough, Southampton and Stoke.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, high-quality mortgage valuations and private home surveys
• Utilise market-leading technology to deliver reports efficiently
• Manage your workload autonomously while meeting strict deadlines and quality standards
• Adapt to changing business needs and adopt new inspection techniques where needed
• Represent the company professionally, maintaining strong client and resident relationships
