Job description

Eames are currently working with a leading M&A insurance MGA seeking an Underwriting Assistant to support their growing W&I (Warranty & Indemnity) team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year’s experience within the W&I space, either from an underwriting or broking background. You’ll play a key role in supporting underwriters across deal analysis, policy drafting, and broker engagement, while gaining exposure to complex, high-value transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their technical and commercial underwriting skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
