Team Lead – Algorithm Development, Signal Processing & ML | Biotech | Hybrid

We are a recruiting for a recently funded deep-tech company at the intersection of biosensing, signal processing, and machine learning.

We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader to build and scale the algorithm development team. You’ll own the full computational pipeline from raw data analysis to production-ready ML tools collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead development of advanced signal processing & ML algorithms
• Design end-to-end data pipelines from R&D to production
• Mentor and grow a small, high-impact team
• Contribute hands-on to code and set technical direction

What We’re Looking For

• PhD in EE, CS, Applied Math, Biomedical Eng, or related field
• 5+ years in algorithm development with strong signal processing & ML expertise
• Proven leadership or mentorship experience
• Proficiency in Python/C++ and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)

Bonus

• Experience in biosensing, life sciences, medical devices or sequencing devices.
• Startup or interdisciplinary team experience
