This role is a key part of the UK leadership team - a very exciting opportunity for anyone that thrives on challenge and enjoys driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and overseeing the underwriting strategy
- Managing a diverse portfolio that spans multiple LOBs & markets
- Go-to expert for all complex decisions
Candidate Profile:
- Extensive underwriting experience (open to all LOBs)
- Experience managing a big team (current role has 6-7 direct reports)
- Leadership skills
