Fire Engineer – Opportunities from Engineer to Associate Director | London, Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow

A leading UK-based consultancy is seeking talented Fire Engineers at all levels – from Engineer to Associate Director – to join their growing teams in London, Bristol, Manchester, and Glasgow.

The Opportunity

Engineers will work across a diverse portfolio, both independently and as part of multi-disciplinary teams, delivering cutting-edge fire safety solutions for a wide range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver fire safety design and consultancy services across various project stages.
  • Use advanced tools for evacuation modelling, smoke and fire simulations, and structural fire analysis.
  • Attend design meetings, client workshops, and site visits.
  • Produce technical deliverables including specifications, drawings, and reports.
  • Manage project timelines, invoicing, and resource planning.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal training initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in a fire engineering consultancy environment.
  • Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, Physics, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge in fire safety design and modelling software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Chartered Engineer status (required for Associate level and above).
