What is Steward?

Steward is a VC-backed startup on a mission to simplify the complex world of investor onboarding using AI . Tackling intricate structures like discretionary trusts, hybrid partnerships, and offshore jurisdictions, we stand out by making compliance effortless for asset managers, brokers and banks.

What will you do?

• Be a critical part of the Client Operations function, leading client implementation, overseeing investor onboarding and driving high NPS.
• Provide quality assurance on AI outputs, and solving escalations.
• Contributing actively to developing the product workflow, ensuring the Voice of the Customer is at its forefront.

What have you done before?

• 2+ years’ operational experience on the front lines 
• Worked in financial services or a fast-growing tech businesses 
• Enjoy writing thought leadership pieces is a plus
• AML/KYC experience is a big plus
