Technical Coordinator – Residential Developer

Brentwood, Essex (4 Days Office / 1 Day WFH)

Up to £55,000 + Competitive Package

We’re working with a well-established and growing housebuilder based in Brentwood, who are seeking a proactive and organised Technical Coordinator to join their in-house team. This is a permanent role offering a mix of 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home, providing a healthy work-life balance alongside strong career development opportunities.




The Role:

As a Technical Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing the design and technical delivery across residential developments, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external consultants.




Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating architectural and engineering information from design through to site delivery
  • Liaising with consultants, local authorities, and statutory bodies
  • Supporting the planning process with accurate technical information
  • Managing the discharge of planning conditions and building regulations
  • Ensuring timely issue of drawings and specifications to site teams




About You:

  • Experience in a Technical Coordinator role within residential construction/development
  • Strong understanding of the development process from planning through to delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and document management systems (e.g., Viewpoint, Asite)
