Corporate Solicitor (Partner)

My client, a growth driven Legal 500 full service law firm based in Central London requires an impeccably credentialed Partner level Employment Solicitor.

The firm having tripled in size over the last few years and are well positioned to grow to new heights. Ensuring to not overweigh themselves but to purely reach their full potential.

This role is essential for this plan to come into fruition and the team are well resourced to support the next hire

The Role:

- Advise yours and their clients on a range of corporate transactions (M&A, JV, PE/VC)

- Work closely with other partners and senior lawyers on high-profile matters.

- Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision.

- Instruct your client base (At least £400k Following)

About You

- Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years PQE in corporate law.

- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.

- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to develop a supportive team.
