Salesforce Specialist (FTC – 9 Months)

Field-Based, UK

£35,000 - £45,000

The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with one of the world’s leading beverage companies during a major digital transformation.

We’re looking for a Sales Tools & Enablement Analyst to support the rollout of a new Sales Force Automation (SFA) system as part of a major project.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Operations team through the transition to new tools and systems
• Act as the UK super user for the new Sales Force Automation platform
• Manage and validate master data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Coordinate data from key sources (wholesalers, pricing, RTM models)
• Administer and troubleshoot system issues and escalate when needed
• Facilitate user testing, gather feedback, and help improve user experience
• Communicate effectively with UK Sales, Global Teams, Tech (GTS), and vendors
• Help define and maintain governance processes and system controls

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Enablement, or Systems Support
• Strong data literacy and advanced Excel skills
• Tech-savvy with experience with Salesforce or SFA tools and ability to pick up systems easily
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams is a plus
