Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Optical Assistant located in Greenwich. The Optical Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers with eyewear selection, providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, performing basic optometry tasks, managing appointments, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Basic knowledge of Optometry
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Previous experience in optical retail is a plus
