Job Title: Pensions & Benefits Specialist

Location: West London

Hybrid: 2-3 days in the office

Salary: £70,000 plus benefits

JGA have partnered with a global organisation, seeking an experienced Pensions & Benefits Specialist to join them on a 12 month FTC.

This role will support the HR Operations team with optimising processes and BAU operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage external vendor relations, managing pension schemes.
• Starter/Leaver processes.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Employee Queries.
• Support with renewal processes.
• Built internal documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a Pensions & Benefits Specialist role.
• Strong local compliance knowledge.
• Proficient with HR systems.
• Strong Excel.
• Good communication skills.
