Corporate Associate (Private Equity) – US Firm, London
MAP Legal is proud to be working with a leading US law firm, to recruit talented Corporate Associates (1–4 PQE) with a strong background in Private Equity for their growing London office.
The Opportunity
Our client’s London Corporate team continues to experience significant growth, advising an impressive roster of private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and management teams on high-value, cross-border transactions. The firm is known for its dynamic, entrepreneurial culture and commitment to fostering genuine career progression in a supportive and high-performing environment.
You will be involved in:
- Advising on complex domestic and international private equity transactions, including buyouts, investments, exits, and restructurings.
- Acting for leading sponsors and financial institutions across a broad range of sectors.
- Working closely with highly regarded partners and collaborating across the firms’ global offices.
About You
We are keen to hear from lawyers who:
- Have 1–4 years’ post-qualification experience gained at a leading UK or international firm.
- Possess strong private equity and/or M&A experience.
- Demonstrate excellent technical skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach.
- Are team-oriented, ambitious, and motivated by the opportunity to work on premium cross-border deals.
