Job description
We have a fantastic new opportunity at a leading international law firm, for an experienced HR Business Partner to join them on a 12 month FTC.
As a trusted advisor, you will partner with business leaders to define and execute people and culture initiatives that align with organisational goals. You’ll leverage data-driven insights to influence decision-making, support talent management, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across business services and centres of excellence, ensuring a consistent and impactful approach to people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner to deliver tailored people solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of client groups, anticipating talent needs and providing coordinated action plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues regionally to ensure best practice and consistency.
- Maintain open communication channels, keeping teams informed of key projects and organisational changes.
- Use analytics to provide insights and influence business outcomes.
- Design and implement forward-thinking people plans to nurture diverse and sustainable talent pipelines.
- Drive the culture and engagement agenda, advising leaders on embedding organisational values and fostering high performance.
- Support and deliver on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in partnership with specialist teams.
- Provide pragmatic, commercial advice on employee relations and risk management.
- Stay abreast of market trends to deliver innovative, cost-effective people solutions.
- Lead and deliver projects, ensuring timely and on-budget execution.
- Champion continuous improvement and professional development, seeking opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
About You
- Demonstrable experience delivering strategic HR solutions, ideally within professional or partnership environments.
- Strong relationship-building, influencing, and consulting skills.
- Commercially astute, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine advocate for change, diversity, and inclusion.
