We are a friendly, chart-driven music management company specialising in songwriters, producers, mixers and musical directors. We are looking to offer an internship and invaluable training to a bright and enthusiastic candidate. Recent interns have secured permanent jobs in the industry and are dotted throughout labels, artists management companies, publishing, agents etc. 

We have had success over the past few years with the likes of Ed Sheeran, Royal Blood, Rina Sawayama, Gang of Youths, Tom Walker, Mumford & Sons, Skepta, The Verve, Stereophonics, Craig David, Sugababes, Ella Henderson, Martin Solveig and more.

The successful candidate will be involved with all aspects of management, admin and creative. Your role will be assisting the busy MD and Senior Management Assistant of the company on day-to-day tasks. The internship commences with administrative tasks and leads to more creative sides at a later stage.

Job Role Responsibilities

• Scheduling and preparing for meetings with clients
• Raising invoices, commission paperwork, preparing remittance documentation and assisting our bookkeeper with VAT returns
• Pitching our client list to artists, labels and managers
• Regularly updating our website and social media
• Day-to-day administration and personal assistance duties for the MD

It will be music to our ears if you…

• Are passionate about music, with a broad range of tastes
• Have experience in an administrative role, particularly financial administration
• Have experience with social media management, most notably Instagram
