We are seeking a mid-senior level Competition / Antitrust lawyer to join a pre-eminent partner at a leading US law firm in London.

Role Overview:

You will be part of a high-performing team providing advice on UK and EU competition, antitrust, and foreign investment matters, supporting complex, high-value cross-border transactions.

Candidate Profile:

• 5–7 PQE in a top-tier competition / antitrust practice
• Strong experience advising on global merger control, antitrust issues, and foreign investment matters across the UK and Europe
• Comfortable working in a transaction-focused, high-profile environment with exposure to multi-jurisdictional matters
