Junior Investor Relations - $10bn+ Multi-Strat Hedge Fund - Up to £75k Base + Leading Bonus + WFH in City of London

Job description

A leading $10bn+ AUM multi-strategy hedge fund is seeking a junior individual to join its high-performing investor relations team.

The firm is looking for someone to assist the team, working closely with the Head of Investor Relations as well as the sale/marketing team. The business is currently in growth mode and actively raising capital, so the role has the potential to expand significantly over time.

The successful candidate will work across a broad IR remit for the fund, including responding to client queries, maintaining and developing marketing materials, completing RFPs and DDQs, and supporting the wider team on ODD and IDD on-sites. Additionally, the hire will be responsible for managing relationships with service providers and platforms.

This role offers the successful candidate extensive training and exposure to some of the top-performing professionals in the hedge fund space, across business development, investor relations, and the investment teams.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant investor relations experience within a reputable buy-side firm or bank. Hedge fund product knowledge is preferred but not a prerequisite. A strong academic background is required.

The role offers a base salary of up to £75k, plus a significant bonus potential, depending on both fund and individual performance.
