Apprentice Progression Coach

Location: Hybrid working with some days working in Hertfordshire

Salary: Up to £35,000

We're looking for an Apprentice Progression Partner to support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey - from enrolment through to successful completion.

In this role, you'll manage a caseload of apprentices, providing one-to-one support, coaching, and guidance. You'll work closely with employers and internal teams to monitor progress, set SMART targets, and help learners apply their knowledge and skills in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a caseload of Level 5-7 apprentices (will consider coaches who have coached at L3 level as long as it's across management/pro services apprenticeships)
• Conduct tripartite reviews and regular progress meetings.
• Provide welfare and SEND support, signposting where needed.
• Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
• Collaborate with employers and programme teams to address barriers and keep learners on track.

About You:

• Experience working in apprenticeships, coaching, or learner support.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Comfortable using online learning systems and Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, detail-focused, and able to build strong relationships.
