Are you a strategic People Partner who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments? We’re partnering with a high-performing organisation seeking a dynamic and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to go permanent.

This role partners directly with the Technology function, playing a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the people agenda across a critical part of the business. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with senior leaders, influencing change, and driving performance in a complex, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with tech leadership teams to design and deliver a future-focused people strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, driving engagement, capability, and high performance.
• Lead and support change initiatives to enable transformation and continuous improvement.
• Build succession and talent plans, identifying key capabilities to support future growth.
• Collaborate with centres of expertise (COEs) and local HR teams to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Champion a culture of inclusion, learning, and innovation.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
• Strong experience partnering with technology or tech-enabled business units.
• A commercial mindset and the ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading transformation or organisational change programmes.
• Immediate availability or short notice period
