• Deep sector experience in the Energy sector: Energy Transition, Renewables, Decarbonization, Sustainability or Transmission.
• Functional strength in Strategy, Growth, Innovation, Transformation, or Digital
• Team Lift: the partnership values leaders who can grow with colleagues – the ability to bring a team will be a significant advantage.
