Contract Opportunity: eCommerce & Operations Strategy Consultant – DTC Consumer Tech

We’re partnering with a fast-scaling DTC and consumer tech brand on a strategic contract hire.

They’re looking for a consultant to help shape and implement a new operating model across their eCommerce operations, warehousing, 3PL, logistics, tooling, and process management.

Scope of Work

• Audit and assess current eCommerce operations and fulfilment setup
• Define and implement new ways of working across warehousing, 3PL, and in-house logistics
• Recommend and optimise software/tools (WMS, OMS, ERP, etc.)
• Build scalable processes to support growth and international expansion
• Collaborate cross-functionally with digital, ops, and finance teams

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience in DTC and consumer tech environments
• Strong understanding of eCommerce fulfilment, logistics, and 3PL strategy
• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify Plus, Netsuite, Brightpearl, etc.
• Comfortable leading change and embedding new processes
• Available for a short-term contract (3–6 months), with potential to extend
