Senior User Researcher

£700/day | 12 Months | London Hybrid | Enhanced SC Required

We're looking for a Senior User Researcher to lead research on complex government services. If you have active eSC, you can start immediately. If you have active SC and are willing to wait 3-4 months for eSC vetting, we want to hear from you too.

The Role

Lead user research activities across larger teams and complex services. Plan and deliver research, synthesise findings for senior stakeholders, mentor other researchers, and build user-centred practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, conduct and lead user research activities
• Synthesise research into actionable findings for stakeholders
• Mentor and develop other user researchers
• Advocate for user-centred design and inclusive research practices
• Influence strategic decisions and manage stakeholder relationships

You'll need:

• Active SC or eSC clearance
• Senior-level experience on complex government services
• Expertise across user research methods
• Track record influencing stakeholders and developing researchers
• Ability to align research with programme strategy
