Join a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong track record across commercial, residential, education, health, and public sectors. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Building Surveying and Project Management team in Colchester.

You’ll support senior surveyors on a wide range of projects, gaining hands-on experience in:

• Building surveys, design, and specification
• Project documentation and contract administration
• Preparing tenders and managing construction works
• Working with AutoCAD, Revit, and NBS
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants

You’ll work on projects for public and private sector clients, including military, police, education, health, and cultural organisations.
