Account Manager – Beauty, Aesthetics & Wellness PR

London office - Hybrid working

About the Role

An established and fast-growing PR and Media agency specialising is seeking an Account Manager or Junior Account Manager to join its talented team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a portfolio of leading beauty, skincare, and medical aesthetics brands, driving campaigns that shape trends, spark conversation, and deliver real results.

You’ll play a key role in developing strategies, building media and influencer relationships, and producing creative, standout PR content.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and on target
• Secure top-tier press and influencer coverage across beauty, lifestyle, and wellness media
• Lead creative ideation and contribute to brand storytelling through press materials, news releases, and features
• Oversee influencer outreach and campaign management
• Track coverage and compile insightful client reports
• Collaborate closely with a supportive and creative team

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years’ PR experience within the Beauty, Aesthetics, or Wellness space (agency or in-house)
• Strong media, press, and influencer contacts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident writer with a flair for crafting engaging content
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• A creative thinker with a flexible, positive approach
• Genuine passion for the beauty and aesthetics sector
