Job description
fresh are on the lookout for a driven and experienced Video Producer with a strong background in both external, social-first content and internal storytelling to join their fast-paced, dynamic Film and Social Team on a maternity cover contract.
The successful candidate will play a central role in delivering high-quality content across a range of industries such as tech, retail, finance, and automotive.
This role blends creativity with logistics, focusing on the production of engaging, thought-provoking digital assets for a variety of platforms and formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and presentation of creative ideas to clients, crafting compelling proposals that reflect your vision.
- Prepare creative briefs and scripts, and manage the full production process—from concept to final reconciliation.
- Act as an extension of our clients’ teams, gaining a deep understanding of their brand, strategy, audience, and objectives.
- Confidently pitch creative concepts to C-suite stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget—all while keeping a sharp eye on creativity and detail.
- Activate campaigns and social assets across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the face of the film and social team and ensuring consistent service and clear communication throughout each project.
- Create and manage project budgets, monitoring costs throughout.
- Develop and oversee production schedules for the full lifecycle of each project.
- Identify and coordinate internal and freelance resources, maintaining clear communication throughout.
- Supervise shoots and post-production edits to ensure content meets client expectations—ensuring it is on-brand, on-message, and optimised for multi-platform use.

Skills & Experience
- Proficient in IT (ideally Mac), including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, prioritisation, and time management skills.
- Experience managing post-production workflows and delivering content in various formats.
- Excellent communication skills, both within the team and when liaising with clients.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to deliver on-brand projects that meet brief requirements within tight timelines.
- Strong financial and budget management capabilities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current trends in social and corporate film.
The contract will start in January 2026 and be for one year on 4-5 days per week, working hybridly, splitting time working remotely and from our Manchester City centre office.
