Junior Recruiter

6 month contract (PAYE)

Up to £32,000

Basingstoke

Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office

Your new company
I am supporting a global organisation who are seeking additional support in their recruitment team. This role will focus on high volume recruitment, posting jobs online, reviewing applications, sourcing and screening candidates and arranging interviews with hiring managers.

Your new role

• Posting jobs on the careers page and external job boards.
• Reviewing applications and screening candidates.
• Setting up interviews with hiring managers.
• Sourcing talent via varied methods (job boards, LinkedIn, etc).
• Processing offers for successful candidates via the ATS.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideally, you will have 1-3 years of recruitment experience, either agency or in-house.
• You will be highly organised with good attention to detail.
• You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to clearly communicate with candidates.
• Ideally, you will be able to start within a few weeks.
• Ideally, you will be a car driver and able to attend careers events.
