What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide technical expertise to the project team across all stages of software development, with a focus on OutSystems solutions.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable applications built on the OutSystems platform, ensuring high-quality code in line with agreed standards and leading by example.
  • Plan and drive software construction activities, adopting and adapting appropriate development methods, tools, and techniques.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies and project meetings as appropriate.
  • Document and maintain technical guidelines for developers, ensuring they remain current and promote consistency across teams.
  • Work closely with the architecture team, providing technical input for solution design and creating technical user stories with the right level of detail.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Ensure platform governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.


About you/ What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Proven experience as an OutSystems Technical Lead or Senior Developer, with strong knowledge of platform architecture, integrations, and best practices.
  • Experience with OutSystems 11, SQL Query Language, REST APIs, and enterprise integration patterns (mobile application experience is a plus).
  • Ability to contribute to the development of, and adherence to, software development standards and guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of database and warehouse concepts, design principles, architectures, and software.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members, assigning tasks aligned with project goals and individual strengths.
  • Mentor and coach colleagues to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • OutSystems certifications (Professional or Expert level) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
