Managing Associate - Competition Law (UK & EU) | London | International Law Firm

A highly respected international law firm is seeking a Managing Associate to join its London-based Competition team. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer with deep expertise in UK and EU competition law to lead on complex matters and contribute to the growth of a dynamic practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on merger control, foreign direct investment (including the National Security and Investment Act), cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, and compliance
• Handling market studies, state aid, and subsidy control matters (EU Foreign Subsidy Regulation experience is a plus)
• Leading on consumer protection cases, a fast-growing area within the practice
• Managing dawn raids, disclosure orders, and strategic litigation responses
• Driving business development and mentoring junior team members
