Are you ready to build meaningful relationships and help clients make a positive impact with their investments? I am proudly working with a fantastic advisory firm in Manchester City Centre, seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their Investment Client Management Team.


The Role: Investment Support


Your primary focus will be providing supporting the Investment Manager in their advice process, whilst maintaining, and developing positive relationships with all clients , acting as the primary point of contact.


Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Client Relations & Trust: Serve as the primary, reliable point of contact for clients, cultivating lasting trust and ensuring a consistently high level of service throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Strategic Growth Identification: Proactively analyse client financial situations and long-term objectives to pinpoint and propose new investment opportunities that align with their ethical priorities.
  • Expert Communication & Education: Develop a deep understanding of complex financial strategies and market mechanics, enabling clear and confident explanations to diverse clients, regardless of their financial literacy level.
  • Customized Planning Execution: Collaborate internally to formulate, document, and execute bespoke financial roadmaps that accurately reflect client goals, personal ethics, and specific needs.
  • Ethical Advocacy: Act as a representative of the firm, consistently demonstrating high professional integrity and promoting the company's commitment to financially responsible and long-term sustainable practices.
