Job description

We are working with a range of leading Magic Circle, US and Silver Circle firms in London that are seeking talented competition associates (3–6 PQE) to join their market-leading teams.

These opportunities offer exposure to complex, high-value matters spanning merger control, foreign direct investment and broader antitrust issues. You’ll advise major corporates, financial institutions and global investors on headline transactions and regulatory investigations, often with a strong international or multi-jurisdictional element.

Whether you’re looking for the fast-paced environment and top-tier remuneration of a US firm, the prestige and depth of a Magic Circle practice, or the esteemed reputation a Silver Circle firm, there are outstanding roles available across the market.

Ideal Profile

• Experience in UK and/or EU competition and merger control matters

• Excellent academics and training from a leading international firm

• Ambitious, commercially minded and keen to take on a visible, client-facing role
