Earning Potential: £80,000 – £150,000

Location: Greater Manchester

Type: Partnership Opportunity (Not Employment)

Experience Required: Min. 5 years industry experience | RICS qualified for 3+ years

We’re Looking For:

✔ RICS-qualified surveyors (AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS)

✔ Minimum 5 years of industry experience

✔ Qualified for at least 3 years

✔ Resilient, proactive, and financially prepared for self-employment

✔ Digitally savvy and excited to grow a personal brand

✔ Passionate about delivering client-first, high-quality survey work

✔ Ready to become a trusted expert in the Greater Guilford property market
