9-Month Contract

Our client is a highly ranked, internationally minded UK law firm, known for advising some of the most innovative and fast-growing businesses as well as global multinationals. They’re seeking a knowledge Lawyer (5+ PQE) to join their Digital, Commerce & Creative team on a 9-month contract.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Commercial, Technology or Regulatory Lawyer who wants to move into (or continue in) a knowledge role within one of the most dynamic, creative, and forward-thinking teams in the market.

What you’ll do:

• Produce thought leadership content and client briefings
• Draft and maintain commercial and tech contract templates and clause banks
• Collaborate with a high-performing, friendly, and close-knit team
• Support and help run monthly “Thought Leadership” and “Client Need to Know” sessions

About you:

• A strong interest in technology, IP, and digital commerce
• 5+ years’ PQE in commercial, technology and/or regulatory law
• Clear communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach
• Passionate about knowledge sharing and legal tech
