What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical building services projects.
• Review specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver winning bids
• Support continuous improvement in estimating processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Estimator within building services or construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and public health systems.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• A proactive approach, with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Ambition to grow with the business and develop into senior positions.

Package

• £50,000 - £80,000 salary based on experience. There will be bonus and car allowance negotiations as well.
