Head of Learning & Development (Client facing consulting services)

Location: London HQ (3 days) WFH (2 days) – Some client travel

Salary: £65,000–£70,000 + bonus, Full-time, Permanent

Reports to: CEO

As the Head of L&D, you will shape and lead the next phase of growth, bringing strategic vision and hands-on expertise to create a world-class learning ecosystem across all the firm’s brands. You will partner with big name clients across multiple industries, you’ll champion pedagogical excellence, ensure consistency and quality in every programme, and drive innovation across digital, blended, and in-person learning.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead group-wide L&D strategy and L&D consulting to clients.
  • Uphold gold-standard programme design – reviewing existing and creating new offerings.
  • Embed evidence-based learning grounded in systems thinking, behavioural science, and positive psychology.
  • Coach, develop, and accredit the facilitator community to deliver consistently outstanding experiences for clients.
  • Oversee quality assurance, accreditation, and evaluation across all learning.
  • Drive digital innovation and develop scalable, licensable learning products.
  • Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to evolve the market-leading portfolio.


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience leading/co-leading L&D in a consultancy or internally in a people-focused business.
  • Deep understanding and experience of adult learning, analysis, instructional design, behaviour change and facilitation
  • Strong stakeholder influence internally and externally, commercial acumen, and creative problem-solving.
  • Experience managing accreditation, quality frameworks, and digital innovation.
  • Ideally led, managed and developed others before
