Lawyer - Fund Finance in City of London

Job description

We are working with an international law firm based in London or Bristol for an Associate and Supervising Associate to join their Fund Finance team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Fund Finance team, advising on a broad spectrum of fund financing transactions including capital call and asset-backed facilities. The lawyer will provide commercial advice on complex, cross-border financings.

The lawyer will work with a range of clients including financial institutions, alternative lenders, and fund sponsors across a variety of sectors including private equity, real estate, and infrastructure.

Essential Criteria:

• 2+ years’ PQE;
• Strong background in fund finance law;
• Strong academics required;
• Technically excellent;
• Client-focused;
• Effective organisation skills;
• Willingness to become involved in business development;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
