What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead on adjudications and TCC litigation for high-value UK and international disputes
  • Advise clients on delay, defect, insolvency, bond, and fire safety-related claims
  • Act as trusted advisor on strategic dispute resolution, including mediation and expert determination
  • Support transactional matters with contract drafting and negotiation when required


What You’ll Bring

  • England & Wales qualified with 2-3 PQE in contentious construction
  • Proven experience with UK adjudications and/or TCC litigation
  • Strong written and verbal communication, able to influence technical and legal stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset and confidence managing high-value, complex disputes
