What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead on adjudications and TCC litigation for high-value UK and international disputes
- Advise clients on delay, defect, insolvency, bond, and fire safety-related claims
- Act as trusted advisor on strategic dispute resolution, including mediation and expert determination
- Support transactional matters with contract drafting and negotiation when required
What You’ll Bring
- England & Wales qualified with 2-3 PQE in contentious construction
- Proven experience with UK adjudications and/or TCC litigation
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to influence technical and legal stakeholders
- Commercial mindset and confidence managing high-value, complex disputes
