Role: Regional Trainer (Centre of Excellence)

Region: Midlands

Package: £32,000 - £34,000 + £5,160 car allowance or company car + benefits

To support this continued growth, they’re now looking for a Regional Trainer to join their Centre of Excellence team in the Midlands.


The Role

As Regional Trainer, you’ll play a pivotal role in upskilling and supporting colleagues across the region - helping to deliver safe, compliant, and consistent operational standards.

You’ll:

  • Work alongside Regional Managers and the SHEQ & Governance team to identify training needs
  • Develop and deliver engaging training packages — from classroom and e-learning to hands-on demonstrations
  • Support induction and ongoing training programmes, ensuring all learning is captured through the LMS
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to build bespoke training materials across safety, compliance, and service delivery
  • Contribute to internal audits, training evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain your own CPD and champion best practice across all regional sites


This is a field-based, people-focused role where you’ll be out in the business, supporting teams on-site and helping drive performance through knowledge, engagement, and coaching.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience delivering or coordinating training, ideally within a service-led, healthcare, or logistics environment
  • Has led on first aid or manual handing training or is qualified instructor
  • Confident communicator who can engage teams at all levels
  • Strong organisation and self-management skills - able to work independently across multiple sites
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regionally
  • Ideally holds or is working towards Level 3 Award in Education & Training (AET) or similar certification
