To support our continued expansion, we're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Kitchen & Bedroom Designer to join our close-knit team.
Kitchen Designer: Full-Time
We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused designer who can combine creativity, technical skills and excellent communication to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a premium kitchen brand and be part of a friendly, family-run company that values your input and supports your growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with customers in the showroom and at home to understand their lifestyle, requirements and design preferences.
- Design stunning, functional kitchens tailored to customer needs and budgets, using Masterclass Kitchens products.
- Accurately measure spaces and gather key technical details during site visits.
- Prepare and present high-quality designs to customers, confidently discussing options and features.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers from initial contact through to project completion.
- Collaborate with our installations team to ensure seamless project handovers and high-quality installations.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge (cabinetry, appliances, accessories and worktops).
- Help maintain a welcoming, inspirational showroom environment.
- Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities, including trade and builder referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in kitchen, bedroom or interior design (experience with Masterclass Kitchens is a bonus).
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills – friendly, helpful and a great listener.
- Confident using design software (CAD experience is preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
- Highly organised with good time management and communication skills.
- A full UK driving licence (site visits are part of the role).
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to contribute to the company’s growth.

- Competitive basic salary of up to £25,250 plus benefits package with a realistic opportunity to earn an OTE between £41,000 and £71,000 based on sales performance.
