Role Summary:

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of protection and control solutions.

This role focuses on modernizing substations with advanced relay applications and software-enabled automation.

You will be the go-to expert for translating operational needs into practical protection strategies, integrating hardware and software, and delivering solutions that improve system reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and deployment of protection relay applications and automated substation solutions across HV networks.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable system designs, relay configurations, and software models.
• Oversee testing, validation, and commissioning of protection and control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and operational requirements.
• Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting support to field teams, ensuring rapid resolution of technical issues.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to align protection strategies with technology roadmaps and network modernization initiatives.
• Develop technical documentation, training materials, and presentations to support internal teams and end-users.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends, participating in professional forums, working groups, and standards development.
