At IRIS Software Group, our Sales and Customer Success (CS) teams are the heartbeat of our business. They bring in new customers, strengthen relationships, and make sure clients get the very best from our products.


Now, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to help us find and hire brilliant people to join these fast-growing teams.


This role is based in Manchester (3 days per week in the office), the hub of our Sales and CS organisation. It’s where you’ll build relationships, see the impact of your work first-hand, and be part of a supportive, high-energy team that’s shaping IRIS’s future.

You’ll help us attract, engage, and hire top talent for our Sales and Customer Success teams. From writing job adverts and screening applications to scheduling interviews and supporting offers, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience.


You’ll also have the chance to develop your skills - learning from experienced recruiters, building your sourcing confidence, and gaining exposure to fast-paced, commercial hiring.



About the Team You'll Join


You’ll join our global Talent Acquisition team, working closely with friendly, experienced colleagues across the UK and US.


We share ideas, support each other, and celebrate success together. You’ll report to our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and work closely with our Manchester-based Sales and CS leaders - so you’ll be right at the heart of the action.



What You'll Be Doing


  • Recruit for impact – Support hiring across Sales and Customer Success, helping managers find the right people for their teams.
  • Own the process – Post job adverts, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Create great experiences – Be the friendly, professional point of contact for candidates throughout the journey.
  • Build your network – Learn to source and approach potential candidates using LinkedIn and other tools.
  • Collaborate with the team – Share updates, ideas, and improvements to make our recruitment processes even better.
  • Keep things organised – Maintain accurate records and ensure all recruitment admin is on point.



What We’re Looking For


  • Some experience in recruitment – either in-house or from an agency environment.
  • Strong communication skills – you’re confident talking to both candidates and managers.
  • Organised and proactive – you take ownership and make things happen.
  • Curious and eager to learn – especially about Sales, Customer Success, and tech hiring.
  • Friendly and approachable – you build great relationships and enjoy working with others.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with great attention to detail.

4⃣ Meet the Team

In person interview with two of our Talent Acquisition team to get a feel for the culture and team fit.
