Head of Sales - Wandsworth £40k Basic & £90k OTE, £5k CA, Amazing Benefits Included

Are you ready to take the next step in your estate agency career? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a thriving residential office in the heart of Wandsworth. Overseeing both sales and within a fun and dynamic team, you’ll manage and develop a team of two negotiators, driving performance, growth, and local market presence. The office covers a broad range of property types across South West London, offering an exceptional platform to showcase your leadership and business development skills.

As Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for generating new instructions, expanding market share, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client care. You’ll actively engage with the local community, build lasting relationships, and lead from the front in growing the business. This role suits someone with several years of local experience who is ambitious, commercially minded, and comfortable networking to win new business opportunities.

In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary in the late £30,000s to early £40,000s with an OTE of around £80,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance.
