We’re excited to be partnering with a world-renowned name in the music and audio technology industry, to recruit an experienced Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented, commercially astute professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods across EMEA — coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and supporting continuous improvement in supply chain operations.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Monitor daily inbound shipments for all EMEA regions, liaising with HQ and 3PL partners
  • Update and maintain shipping schedules, sharing accurate information with business planning teams
  • Manage inventory receipts within Oracle and ensure timely processing of purchase invoices
  • Coordinate with Finance and 3PL partners to ensure smooth goods receipt and documentation
  • Maintain accurate ERP master data including new product info and pricing updates
  • Forecast MEA sales and incoming stock, helping to drive better planning decisions
  • Oversee goods returns and vendor credit notes
  • Support continuous improvement projects within business planning and logistics
  • Provide cross-functional cover within the Business Planning Team when required


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven supply chain or logistics experience, ideally within a similar international environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced level preferred)
  • Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving ability
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively under pressure
