Fortnum & Mason’s Food Hall, located on the Lower Ground Floor of our Piccadilly Flagship store, is renowned for its selection of the most unique and finest Deli products. Sourced from independent suppliers, these include freshly made pasta and pies, to delicious sandwiches and our famous Scotch egg, there’s bound to be a temptation for everyone.

Excitingly, we are now on the lookout for a Sales Associate for our Deli counters on a permanent 37.5 contract based in Piccadilly, London.

What You'll Do:

• Provide a personalised, luxury experience for our customers
• Work closely with other departments to maintain high standards

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a fast paced environment in a similar role in food & beverage
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Strong people skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
• Outstanding communication skills
