Sales Partner (Danish) in London Area
Leverton Search is looking for an Sales Partner (Danish) in London Area
Job description
A leading global investment firm is seeking a Sales Partner to work directly with one of its most established senior sales professionals.
This is a strategic, senior role working directly with one of the firm’s most established sales leaders, offering genuine scope to develop your own client franchise. You’ll help manage and expand a diverse institutional and wholesale client base across Europe and selected international markets, with clear opportunities to deepen coverage in underrepresented areas, particularly the Denmark and Netherlands.
Rather than a “plug-and-play” sales seat, this is an opportunity to step into a true succession role; combining relationship management, business development and strategic follow-up. You’ll work across both public and private market strategies within a flat, entrepreneurial structure, benefitting from close mentorship, broad product exposure and significant long-term commercial upside.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a senior sales leader in managing and expanding a diverse international client base spanning pension funds, insurance companies, and institutional investors across multiple regions.
- Develop and nurture relationships across both institutional and wholesale channels, building trust and generating sustainable long-term revenue.
- Assist with strategic follow-up, account management, and client servicing to complement ongoing business origination.
- Work across both liquid and illiquid (public and private) market strategies, delivering tailored insights and investment solutions.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities in underdeveloped European and international markets.
What We’re Looking For
- A driven, motivated self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and operates with initiative rather than waiting for direction.
- A strong understanding of the asset management or private banking landscape, with the ability to build and develop meaningful client relationships over time.
- Fluency in Danish is essential; additional European language skills are an advantage.
- Experience engaging with institutional and wholesale investors across multiple regions, ideally within a boutique or partnership-oriented structure.
- Familiarity with both liquid and private market strategies, combined with a collaborative and commercially focused mindset.
Why This Role
- A genuine succession opportunity, working directly with a highly regarded global networker and business developer.
- A flat, collaborative culture with direct exposure to senior partners and investment decision-makers.
- A competitive base salary and escalating, performance-linked bonus tied to personal business development.
- An established platform with an international footprint across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
- Clear scope for progression into regional leadership or franchise ownership as the role develops.
We value equity and inclusion throughout our recruitment process. If there’s anything we can do to make the process more accessible to you, please let us know.
Please note that, due to the specific requirements of this search, we will only be able to respond to applicants whose experience closely matches the criteria outlined above.
