I’m currently partnering with several top-tier US and Silver Circle firms in London who are looking to expand their Tax teams with strong Associates across two key areas:

• Transactional Tax Advisory

Join market-leading teams advising on high-value M&A, private equity, structured finance, and restructuring deals. These roles offer hands-on exposure to complex cross-border transactions and close collaboration with Corporate, Private Equity, and Finance teams.

• Funds Tax

Opportunity to specialise in the tax structuring of investment funds, including private equity, real estate, credit and hedge funds. You’ll advise on fund formation, structuring, investor negotiations and regulatory tax compliance, often in tandem with international offices.
