At Venture-People, we’re looking for a dynamic Team Leader to join our award-winning organisation. You’ll lead a skilled team supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in their own homes - helping them build confidence, independence, and a better quality of life.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead and support a team of recovery workers

✅ Deliver person-centred, recovery-focused care

✅ Manage risk assessments, incident responses & service development

✅ Collaborate with your Service Manager to ensure safe, effective delivery

✅ Balance hands-on support with admin responsibilities

What You’ll Bring:

✨ Leadership & team-building skills

✨ Experience in crisis intervention or therapeutic de-escalation

✨ Confidence using Microsoft Office

✨ A commitment to inclusion, empowerment & recovery
