A well-established Yorkshire law firm with offices across the region has a strong reputation for handling a broad range of commercial disputes. Its litigation team advises on matters including contract breaches, shareholder and partnership disputes, insolvency litigation, and professional negligence. The group is known for its pragmatic, partner-led approach, providing clear, commercially focused advice and transparent costs. Recent growth has included senior hires and the acquisition of a boutique disputes practice, strengthening its capabilities in high-value and complex cases.
