About the Role

We’re seeking an Associate to join our Insurance & Reinsurance team in London.

You’ll advise leading insurers and reinsurers on complex, large-scale disputes across litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. Working within one of the strongest international insurance practices, you’ll play a key role in the strategic development of the team and enjoy excellent opportunities for career progression.

What You’ll Do

• Act for insurers and reinsurers in high-value coverage and reinsurance disputes.
• Handle matters across Financial Lines, Directors & Officers (D&O), Warranty & Indemnity (W&I), and Professional Indemnity.
• Draft complex documents in a clear, commercial style.
• Collaborate with colleagues across global offices and multiple jurisdictions.
• Contribute to business development and team growth.

About You

• Qualified in England & Wales, 1-4 PQE
• Strong experience in insurance and reinsurance coverage and disputes, ideally from a leading City or international firm.
• A track record advising on Financial Lines, D&O, W&I, and Professional Indemnity.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and client relationship skills.
• A commercial mindset and the ability to manage complex workloads effectively.
• A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for contributing to a global team.
