Job Title: Conveyancer

Location: South Wales (Newport & Neath offices)

Salary: Up to £60,000 (depending on experience)

You’ll be joining a well-established regional law firm with historic roots that has grown into a modern, dynamic practice serving clients across Wales. The firm prides itself on providing accessible legal services with a nurturing environment for staff - emphasising internal training, inclusive culture and investment in people.


They’re now expanding their conveyancing team across two offices (Newport and Neath) and are seeking individuals who will grow with the business - long-term career focus is key.


Role Summary:

We’re looking for experienced conveyancers - as well as talented junior professionals with the right attitude - to hit the ground running (or rapidly develop) in a busy conveyancing team.


You’ll join a friendly, flexible team, handling your own caseload with the support of designated assistants. Hybrid and flexi-working options are available, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while building your career.


Key Responsibilities:

• Own a conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion: you’ll build your skills and reputation.

• Work closely with an assistant legal executive or paralegal: you’ll benefit from support and develop management capability.

• Collaborate within a friendly, flexible team environment: you’ll contribute to a positive culture and shape your career path.

• Embed best-practice processes, use modern case-management systems and deliver excellent client service: you’ll enhance your technical ability and reputation.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing (attitude and work-ethic essential).

• Positive, motivated, driven personality

• Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and collaborate as part of a team.

• Competent with IT and willingness to adopt modern case management systems.
