20Twenty Search is retained by a collateralised reinsurer seeking to hire an experience and diverse underwriter to lead and manage their growing underwriting portfolio. Domiciled in Bermuda, this fast growing entity utilises capital from institutional investors to collateralise risks across Catastrophe, Marine & Energy, Cyber and D&O. We are seeking a hands-on and commercially minded professional who is seeking to operate in a dynamic VC-backed operation in a role with which affords independence and creativity to reward its backers with superior returns on their investment.

This role is based in London but locations across the US and Bermuda can also be considered. The incumbent will be rewarded with a strong basic salary and equity to ensure long term commitment and alignment with success of the company.
